Founder and CEO


David L. Yas is the Founder and CEO of The Boston Podcast Network. He has been producing podcasts since 2015 and has put his signature on more than 500 episodes as a creative influence, host, editor and promoter. He is the host of The Boston Podcast, one of the city's few independent daily shows.

David spent many years in the newspaper business. He was the publisher of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, which he guided to an all-time high in paid circulation and profits. A lawyer for more than 20 years, earlier in his career he practiced law with Ruberto, Israel & Weiner. Yas earned a BA in communications from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Boston University School of Law.

David has served as a commentator providing perspective on legal matters for a wide range of media outlets, including CNN, CNBC, NPR Radio and the Boston Globe. Yas was named Best Humor Columnist by theNew England Press Association in 2008.

David served as on-air host for his alma mater B.U. School of Law’s monthly podcast. 

He served two terms as the moderator for the town of Sharon, Massachusetts, where he resides with his family and coaches youth sports. He is also the founder of the NE500 Clubs Special-Needs and Elder Care Consortium and contributes his time to many special-needs organizations.



Chief Operating Officer


Kerri Tabasky is the Chief Operating Officer of The Boston Podcast Network. With a passion for entertainment and storytelling, she is also a writer, having co-written and developed the TV dark comedy “Mac and Drew.” Kerri is also a public speaker, teaching the importance of acceptance and kindness.

Kerri’s background is in media sales, marketing, and public relations. She previously managed speaking engagements and wrote speeches for George Foreman III. From 2012-2014 Kerri and her husband were co-chairs of the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress (MDSC) Buddy Walk, and received the 2015 MDSC Leadership Award. A boxer by hobby and former baker by profession, Kerri promises cookies for all podcasters on the network.

Kerri resides in Sudbury, MA with her husband, three daughters, and their dog.

Executive Producer


John O’Neill comes to the Boston Podcast Network from Emerson College where he majored in Mass Communications.  Having worked in Boston radio for years at WBZ, WHDH, and WEEI, John brings a wealth of media knowledge to POD617. John was the Media Consultant for the Walden Woods Project during his tenure at the Rendon Group. As a Marketing Representative with the Spinazzola Foundation, he was the media relations contact for the Anthony Spinazzola Food & Wine Gala.

John is a Financial Analyst for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and a Senior Event Planner/Video Consultant for Clappazzola Partners. John brings 15 years of strategic media planning to POD617.


Executive Producer


Michael lives in Ashland MA with his brilliant wife Shannon. They enjoy traveling, laughing and seeing family, but only when it's convenient.
Michael loves Floyd, Seinfeld and lives by the code: Unit. Core. God. Country. His passion for video and audio editing is real, his passion for reality TV is not. As a former Assistant Golf Professional, Michael now views golf as "a waste of everyone else's time except mine."
